The autumn forest therapy programme cycle within the PHorestAll project was successfully completed in Slovenia in October.
Building on the previous programme cycle, the autumn sessions followed the same standardized methodology applied across all PHorestAll study sites. This consistent approach supports the comparability of data collected across different forest environments and programme cycles.
The completion of this cycle marks another step in the implementation of the four forest therapy programmes planned within the project. The data collected will contribute to the ongoing analyses aimed at furthering the understanding of forest therapy and its potential benefits.
