The second edition of the six-week autumn forest therapy programme in Białystok, Poland, has reached its halfway point. The programme is implemented by project partners from the University of Białystok.
This autumn, the programme attracted exceptionally high interest, with applications far exceeding the number of available places. Due to the limited size of the study group, not all applicants could be included in this edition.
The next editions of the programme are planned for spring and autumn 2027, offering further opportunities to participate.
Meanwhile, current participants continue their forest therapy sessions, contributing to research exploring how regular contact with forest environments may influence psychological well-being and mental health.
