The first forest therapy programme cycle within the PHorestAll project has been successfully completed in Slovenia.
The programme took place at the Rozkina gozdna učna pot (Forest Educational Trail) located in the Pohorje region and consisted of six weekly guided sessions. Activities were conducted following the standardized methodology applied across all PHorestAll study sites, ensuring comparability of data collected in different forest environments.
This programme cycle is the first of four planned forest therapy programmes that will be implemented as part of the project.
The collected data will contribute to the ongoing analyses carried out within PHorestAll.
